🌱 Take one to two capsules daily with food. We recommend starting with one capsule daily for a week and then increasing to two daily.
🌱 Capsules can be twisted open and contents mixed with food or cold drinks (not to be taken with hot drinks)
🌱 We advise taking a 6–9 month course from the start as most of us have depleted microbiomes.
🌱 Take during and after antibiotics for at least 6 months, ideally at a different time of day from the antibiotics - biomes recover slowly after antibiotic use.
🌱 As a precaution, do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
